Alan Barsky, CHT, MH, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Certified Master Hypnotist has a Degree in Education and is a Clinical Hypnotherapist in the San Francisco/Marin County area. His training includes Hypnotherapy Training Institute; Certification: Certified Master Hypnotist, trained by Churchill, Mulder, & Ormond McGill. International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association; Certification Hypnotherapist & Adjunct Teaching Member. New Life Clinics; non-profit, lose-weight, quit-smoking group seminars, trained by Errol Strider. American Institute of Hypnotherapy; Certification: Certified Hypnotherapist; trained by Dr. Al Krasner. International Hypnosis Federation; elective credits trace-induction, weight-loss by hypnosis, and Seminar Leader.

     He also holds a Certified Hypnotherapist certification from The National Guild Of Hypnotists, where he is also honored as an Adjunct Teaching member. Alan is privileged to have been personally trained by Dr. Michael Ellner and Dr. Gerald S. Cohen in hypnotic healing modalities and the process of hypnotherapy. Plus receiving extensive personal NLP training by such masters as; Don McMillan, Dr. Fred Haddock, Steve Lankton and other NeuroLinguistic Programming trainers. He has also studied natural healing, earning certification in Reike; Second Degree. Usui Shiko Ryoho, Japanese System. Alan earned a Degree in Education from Michigan State University’s Oakland University.

    Life experience:   Alan Barsky’s background includes a twenty-year career in business and creative writing,  spanning a myriad of experiences. Alan is the former Executive Director of the National Consumer Education Bureau; national health-care education marketing. Partner in Lord & Bentley Agency, where many of his clients have been in the Health Care and Weight Loss field.  5 years in Market Opinion and Research, he ran crews of researchers.. He started Information Services, Inc, which grew to 45 employees with five offices in two states. He has run for elected public office, in Michigan and won. He speaks frequently to businesses, and organizations

    Alan has traveled to 33 cities, on 5 continents, outside the US, living in three of them. He has owned a nightclub in Jerusalem. He has been a credentialed High School teacher, both in inner city Detroit, as well as in a Juvenile Hall (a high school inside a jail) in California. He has served as a mentor and adult supervisor to teen organizations. He has served on the board of directors of charities and organizations.
