What is Hypnosis, Who Validates it, Why does
it work?
Hypnosis is a relaxing and pleasant
state of mind also called "trance". In hypnosis, suggestions
bypass your critical mind, which controls your thoughts, and
go straight to your subconscious mind, which controls your behavior.
About the Subconscious
Mind
While the conscious mind is rational and logical, home of our
will-power, our plans and goals; the subconscious mind
holds our imagination and creativity, memories, past programming,
habits, emotions, and deep core beliefs. The conscious mind
is only the tip of the iceberg, while the "inner mind" or subconscious
is a much vaster realm, the true source of our feelings and
behaviors.
Why conscious decisions may not achieve your goals.
Your mind has two parts. Your critical mind determines whether
something makes sense or not, and acts on what it considers
to be logical. Your subconscious mind acts on what it believes,
whether it makes sense or not!
How does Hypnotherapy Work?
A high percentage of self-talk is negative. Your
self-critic is working overtime, and it is up to no good.
Hypnotherapy is like verbal brain surgery. It removes
the old negative self-critical tapes (words that repeat over
and over in your mind) and replaces them with positive, self-reassuring
tapes that heal your life. It's safe, easy and as basic as changing
your mind. Results appear automatically. Hypnosis is mental
revision with a focused outcome. The more imagination you have,
the better it works!
Approved by the American
and British Medical Associations
Hypnotherapy is an officially recognized
phenomenon approved by the American and the British Medical
and Dental Associations. It has helped millions of people around
the world for over 100 years. Everyone wakes up. It is safe.
How Many Visits?
The results of a relatively brief series of hypnotherapy sessions,
typically from three to seven visits (depending on the condition
involved), are often faster and more effective than traditional
therapy methods that only reach the conscious mind.
What Will A Private Session
Do For Me?
Private sessions allow time to define and reach individual goals.
You can work on the internal conflicts that generate bad habits
and negative thought patterns, and eliminate the cause of recurring
patterns of self destructive behavior. You feel better about
yourself. You can finally completely relax.
