This weekly program provides all participants with the and to the day-to-day that comes with the intense productivity demands of the corporate workplace.
Most importantly, each session a professionally guided relaxation experience that supports both the conscious and the powerful sub-conscious mind to maintain poise in the middle of high-pressure situations.

Guided Relaxation Experience - We lead a group of participants into an actual personal experience that physically and mentally relaxes and empowers.

Time:
These programs are 90 minutes. (60 minutes sessions available). They can be presented at morning, lunchtime, afternoon or after work. We will schedule the program to meet the needs of your organization.
