In each session there is time for personalized attention to your personal issues. You and I focus on mental preparations that change your subconscious belief systems. We explore your personal goals, and help you succeed.  You feel better about yourself and there is no struggle.

When you and I first meet, we talk about your personal issues around weight. After listening to your desires and concerns, I craft a personal set of sessions that will be tailored just for you. Working with your subconscious, I will increase your self esteem, add good habits, get rid of the negative self talk, and get you on the road of self empowerment. Your food choices will become healthier and easier. You will find that temptation towards foods that are unhealthy for you will greatly diminish. You will desire healthy foods, as they will begin to taste better than candy and junk food. Exercise will be fun and easy. You will feel good about yourself as you are. 

Exercise motivation is an integral part of the weight program.

Getting help for Obesity is tax deductible
Check with your accountant, Doctor or insurance company. Doctor recommended therapy for obesity is tax-deductible.

How Many Visits?
From three to seven visits is typical.  They can also be weekly to accompany your weight program or monthly to keep you on track.
